severe adominal pain and irregular bowel movements

I have this severe adominal pain, its like this shooting pain everywhere in my lower adominal area, it also feels like the shootin pain is going through my butt also, I have no clue what this pain is and am scared to go to the doctor. But I think it may be related to my colon also because I have irregular bowel movements I can go days without one and then after 3 or 4 day then I am sonstipated and it hurts terribly and sometimes even bleeds and now I am having this pain, could it be related?
