severe doubleover pain attacks on lower right side of intestine

for the last year or so i have had sudden attacks of pain on the lower right side of abdomen. this will double me over. sometimes even a sneeze will trigger it. it usually lasts about 5 minutes or untill I lie on my stomach. I cannot stand up or walk it is so severe.
