I have been suffering lower back pain during my menstral cycle. Everyone always talks about cramps in their abdomen. Mine is simply chronic lower back pain only during my cycle. Can anyone recommend what this may be?

I am getting back pains in PMS. They are kind of indicating my period would arrive the next day or something. To realize what it could be, it would be best you sought gynecologist's help to see if the back pain and your menses are related.
