hi! any advice appreciated,the past month about twice a week ive been having severe sharp mid back pain which radiates to under sternum ,under breasts and starts mild to extremly painful where i cant take in a deep breath as it hurts so much...seems to last around 20-30mins and helps a bit by twisting torso side to side...... any help anyone thankyou!
