severe stomach pains and loss of breathe

I need to find out what is wrong with me. I'm only 19, and I don't believe i should be suffering like this at such an early age. Today is Monday, March 10. Very early Wednesday morning, I began to have severe stomach pains. I didn't want to move one inch. It was hurting where my rib cage splits and it was hurting at my lower stomach as well. I called in for work and was in bed the rest of the day until later that afternoon. Then early friday morning, i began to feel extremely cold and soon had a fever. I'm not sure if the fever is connected to my stomach pain, but it happened. Again, i stayed in bed and asked for someone to cover my shift. Then again, Saturday night/Sunday morning, my stomach pains return, but this time i couldn't breathe. I've always had breathing problems but never had that looked at yet. I went to a clinic when i was younger and doctor hooked me up to some machine and said "nothing is wrong with you" and just sent me home. So sunday morning, i'm laying in bed extremely still, because if i move an inch.. i wouldn't be able to breathe. i was laying there and every time i switched position due to my stomach pain .. i would be gasping for air. While i was trying to lay there very still trying to breathe in slowly, again.. SCARED .. i would break out into a very cold sweat. and this just repeated again about a dozen times that night. I woke up at 10, called my mom scared and crying, asking her to asking her to take me to the hospital (cause i live with my boyfriend and honestly, i wanted my mom by my side). So to shorten this up ... i went to the ER .. they drugged me like crazy.. took blood and urine tests and also took xrays. doctor comes into the room and again says "i can't find anything wrong with you" and sends me home with discharge papers sayins "unknown cause". SERIOUSLY.. i was gasping for air, scared i would suffocate, scared i was going to die. and what is causing my stomach pains and loss of breathe is "UNKNOWN". He sent me home with pain medication that, in my opinion, was not necessary. It just made me feel like i'm doped up.

i need to know what is wrong with me.

This is the same pain I get when I get a pancreatitis flare up, the pain is right at the end of the sternum and go down toward the left a little. Sometimes it radiates to the back, it put's me in cold sweats, then hot flashes. Extreme nausea and throwing up a bright yellow which is bile. Go to a GI specialist. They will get to the bottom of it! GI gastrointernology doc. Oh and the not being able to breath, is it because you have pain when you breath in, in your abdomen area..? If so, sounds like a pancreatitis attack, or even a gall bladder attack, they are both similar.
