There are a few things that could be the reason of constant tiredness and you should turn to your GP and have some tests done in order to determine what it could be.

Not getting enough iron from food could cause anemia and constant tiredness. You need to make sure you are getting enough iron. You can get iron from regular meat consumption. Lack of vitamin B12 could be also causing the tiredness, so your doctor could suggest taking vitamin supplements from some time to see if anything changes.

Depending on any additional symptoms, your doctor could check the thyroid gland and see if it is producing enough thyroid hormones. Hypothyroidism could be causing tiredness and lack of energy.

Problems with sugar levels in blood could be the reason of tiredness as well.
Turning to a doctor would be the best way to check your general health including your heart.
