I had a a disk removed at c-6 and also bone spurs, well it is now about 20 weeks out, and i have been having severe upper arm pain on my right side. i can't not lift it stright up or move it around to much without alot of pain, does anyone know what the cause of this is? is it related to my surgery or something different all together? please help. thanks
