I had an abortion three days ago and have had unprotected sex right after the procedure. I also took plan B on the third night because I got scared of becoming pregnant again. What risks am I facing?
There is a higher risk of infection just after an abortion because the cervix is more open and can allow bacteria to get into the uterus. You might consider going on some form of birth control ie the pill, depo shot etc to minimise the chance of another unplanned pregnancy
