sex on ovulation day...7 days later slight cramping

i had sex on my ovulation day, 14 days after first day of last period, i know i was ovulating because i had a few cramps that lasted only a few mins...now 7 days later i am slightly craming...is this implantion?...PLEASE HELP!

Come on, you never can tell if this were implantation or not.

Another thing....ovulation occurs 14-15 days before your next period would start and NOT 14-15 days after the beginning of your last period, which means that if your cycle is 25 days long, you would be ovulating around the 10 day of your cycle. If your cycle is 30 days long, then you were right on time.
