sexual healing

I think I have lost my feminine tracks and I need sexual healing. It is like I woke up one morning and have figured out I am not the person I used to be and though I don't know how this thing happened at all I am still pretty sure I have to do something regarding my sexual life at first place. I am not in good physical condition I can't remember when it was the last time I had sex with my husband I think it was a month and a half ago and even that was by the way sex. In one word I am not interested anymore in it and I would like to hear some special sexual healing tips for I desperately need to do something about it. Thanks!

So what is your problem? Are you tired, without any will or energy? If so than you are depressed and I will tell you how my sexual healing looked alike-first I have somehow made myself move a bit so I started with regular aerobic training and it turned out to be the best sexual healing ever for it in fact has healed my depression I just kind of a waked up and realize that the clock is ticking and I have to do something about it. Anyway like most other thing also the sex issue is a matter of positive approach so you either have it or not have it. You might also try with yoga I think it is perfect sexual healing though it is not about sex basically but yoga is rather good for any aspect of your life.
