| I've been going through menopause for over a year now, and it's getting to the point where it's really getting to me. The hot flashes every 30 mins to an hour, night sweats, sleeping with a fan blowing on me at high speed, headaches, and now noticeable weight gain. The weight keeps coming on and I'm working out like always, however my appetite has increased dramatically late at night. This is an everyday/nightly battle for me. I want "natural" remedies. I don't want to take a pill or drop some drops under my tongue. Isn't soy a natural way to get estrogen? Thank you! |
