sharp pain in back when neck bends

Whenever I bend my neck forward, I get a sharp tingling pain in my back. the pain is in my lower middle back, around where my bottom rib is. I don't know if it is related, but I get frequent headaches accompanied sometimes by dizziness and nausea. I'm on allegra, an allergy medicine, and daytrana, an adult a.d.d. patch. Any ideas?
