You should ask your doctor about gallstones or gallbladder problems. I had the same thing occur and my right shoulder blade area always had a pain in it. I had several gallstones and had to have my gall bladder removed. Hope this helps.

Ive experieced sharp abdomonal pain that doctors could not find what was wrong I had CTs Ultrasound nothing came up other then slghtly swolen organs. The doctor took a blood test that looked for Lipase and come to find out they were sky high he then diagnosed me with Pancreatitis look it up and see if your symptoms coincide they still have not found the Cause for my problem yet but I was just Diagnosed.

Having dark brown or black stool can mean that your stomach is bleeding. You might have ulcers. Try Prilosec.
