If you had your spleen ruptured before and you have been experiencing pain for a month in that area I reckon you should have it checked. It is not normal to feel pain for a month.
If your spleen was ruptured…do you know how it was treated or if it were taken out? Spleen rupture is a very complicated condition and recovery is slow.

It may not be your spleen at all. It could be any of the gastrointestinal disorder or disease.
Do you have any additional symptoms besides that pain on the left?
Do you get a relief after taking bowel, suffer from nausea or temperature, etc?

You may be suffering from peptic ulcers, or you may have developed diverticulosis. This is a condition in which small pouches had formed in your colon due to not eating enough fiber. The symptoms of diverticulosis are occasional cramps and tenderness in lower left abdomen usually relieved by passing wind or stools.
