i was two months pregnant and i just got a abortion a week ago i had no bleeding at all now i have sharp pains in my lower left side were it hurts to walk , i don't want to go to the doctors unless i have to i need advice what it could be from ?PLEASE

You could be passing a blood clot.

For 1 week after an abortion you should NOT do any heavy lfiting, exercise, or strenuous work.

Those activities can cause pain that you describe.
