she refuses help and not just mine

I am having difficulties with my wife and I am just not sure what I am supposed to do. She is 44 years old and she has anxiety and fear problems. She is constantly afraid of something and she cannot explain what that is. And when she knows, it is always something insignificant. The problem is that she refuses help and not just mine, her friends and parents were also unsuccessful. What can we do?

You should talk to her in the moments when she is not having those fears and explain to her that she might need some professional help, that it will only help her feel better and nothing else. And also, during her episodes, you have to be strong, tolerable and you have to realize that it is still person you love, but that needs help and understanding. Although, I have the feeling you are that kind of person already and I admire you for that.
