Ecstasy is very unreliable in content, as this street drug pills have been known to contain caffeine, ephedrine, amphetamines, MDA, MDEA, DXM, heroin and other. It leads to euphoric sense of well-being and empathy for other people. Sense of pleasure and increased energy are very obvious. If it is overdosed other symptoms confusion, disorientation, anxiety, panic attacks, depression can be developed. Generally, it should not lead to shortness of breath, but if you have any disorders it is possible.
