Hi, I am a runner. A want to build up my physical and mental health and strength, and my endurance also. It was not easy for me. I had weight problem when I started. But running was perfect solution for that. Now I am running 5K. should I increase my running distance? What about the speed?
A have been an active runner for 20 years. At first I was running short distances, and the end of my running carrier I went to marathon. Man can do everything he wants. It is all in the head. If you want to increase your distance than feel free to do that. At first work on your pace and endurance. The speed will come on her own.
