syrinx in cervical cord is length of 0.9 cm an measures 0.3 cm in diameter at c6-7. mild spinal stenosis at c4-5 secondary to broadbased disc bulge. there is kyphotic curvature at this level.

prior anterior cervical fusion of c5-7.

if anyone could please explain it would be graetly appreciated.
