Hi a few years ago i partially dislocated both of my shoulders ever since then Ihave had popping and clicking sounds in both of them.I have done all the exercises to strengthen my rotator cuff but popping is still there. I have been told by a physio that this is just built up scar tissue that wont go away.My problem is I am due to go in the fire service i just havetopass a stringent medical willibe ok with this popping or will i fail
