Shower head masturbation: You lay in the bath open your legs, and let the water from the shower run down over your clit, breathe slow and enjoy! Other masturabtion techniques consist of, lick your finger and get it nice and wet and then stroke your clit, rub it fast and then slow down varying the speeds, you can touch your breasts and squeeze your nipples while you do that, and insert a couple of fingers into your vagina and find your g spot. That always feels good. If you hold your breath prior to orgasming... depriving yourself of oxygen sometimes it heightens the orgasm itself. I know it sounds strange and it may not work for everyone but for some it does.
