shrunken left testical, wormy vains attached to it

I am 13 years old and I am really sacred. My left testical is smaller and there are worm like things attached to the top and bottom of my left testical. I thought it was cancer, but now i know its not. i wanted to know if this could be lived with and i can still reproduce with this thing attached, and if it will damage my right testical. Could it be dangerous or even deadly? I havent told anybody, but should i have it checked out by a doc? PLEASE HELP!!!

man i have the same problem the testical hasnt dropped it is slightly smaller and has alot of swollen vainy things around it im scared to im 13 years old aswell im gonna c a doctor jus be brave bro go c one
