shrunken testicles due to alcoholism

I'm a 33 year old man who has been teetotal for 8 years having been an alcoholic in my early 20s.For the last year of my alcoholism my testicles gradually shrunk and they are now i'd say 20% of their previous size.They have not shrunk or grown since i stopped drinking.My question is...is there a drug/treatment that can increase their size.
