i'm 19. So this has been happening for a while now, i'll feel fine, but when i wake up in the mornings sometimes i'll feel so sick like i'm going to throw up. My stomach hurts so bad I can barley even stand up. I get so hot and i will just start sweating even when it's cold. Then a little later I will feel better. But this only seems to happen in the mornings and the first question i am always asked is if im pregnant, which im not.

What could be the problem?

You might want to get your thyroid function checked, I've heard that feeling sick in the morning can be a symptom.

Good luck!

another thing occurred to me,

when I am dehydrated, I feel sick in the morning. Do you think that could solve your sick-feeling?
Every time you go pee, be sure to drink a glass of water (start your day with a full glass of water) this will make you pee often but will hydrate you. Just aim to drink 6 to 8 glasses of fluid---just don't make it all coffee, ok? Smile

good luck
