I honestly don't know if the injections do but I know years ago I was hospitalized for asthma and given predisone and I had the most vivid psyodelic( forgive the spelling) dreams. I asked the nurse about it and she looked it up and said that yes there was some evidence of vivid dreaming while taking this drug. Of course she could have just been shutting me up but I have to admit. When I take that drug I sleep and dream much better. I get injections in my back but have never experienced better dreams from them. So as for hullusinations, not me, so far anyway. I hope they aren't scary, that would suck
