sideaffects from srattera

My wife is diagnosed with ADHD. She is using Strattera as her doctor prescribed. I know that she is going through some changes. Could it be side effects from Strattera?
She is young, only 24 and I very worried for her.

I know that my neighbor’s son used Strattera. And she told me that he has following side-effects: nausea, decreased appetite, tiredness, upset stomach, and I also have heard that some adults who were using Strattera reported also: dry mouth, sleeping problems, dizziness and also sexual problems. But I can’t tell you how to deal with them. If she feels some changes, the best thing for her is to consult her doctor.

my son takes clonidine,methylphenidate and strattera for adhd, he may need sedation or a local/general anesthetic,will this be safe given the medication he is on?
