signs of pregnancy, rash on stomach but no pain or itching???

I have started getting these bumps on my stomach. They don't itch or burn. Some times they seem like little pimples and can be popped like a pimple, some of them just look like tiny red spots...not raised. I've been having signs of pregnancy and didn't know if maybe this would happen from the stomach getting larger, maybe like stretch marks. If any one has any clue please help! Confused

no its not from being pregnat.i get red little bumps or like lil dots on my belly the doctor told me they are a heat rash now i even get them on my chest so maybe this could be it ,because mine dosent itch eiether.good luck

I have those as well, doctor told me it was folliculitis. They can scar a purple color if you pop them sometimes. And they can turn into pustules under the skin. Try washing with "HIBACLENSE: its in a blue bottle at the drug store. Its a microbacterial liquid soap. Used in surgery for aspesis (cleaning the skin) before incsision is made. It helped me a little bit but its stubburn. Next step is probably just a tough antibiotic from your doctor. Hope this helped!
