I have a small hard purple colored bump on the outside of my right labia. It does not hurt or feel tender. It does not fit any description regarding STD's and have not been sexually active for some time.
Help!

I have this too! I went to my doctor who told me its probably a blocked gland. She's referred me to my local hospital as she said it would be better to remove it as it is getting bigger and is now purple (it used to be skin colour).

Could be endometriosis, get checked out and suggest this as a possibility. A lot of doctors jump to conclusions and will tell you it's an STD.
