Hello. I'm 35 year old male and I suffer from asthma for several years now. I like to read a lot especially about things that affect ear passage ways. I have realized that these last couple of months there were a lot of talks about some sinus cancer.
To be honest with you, I'm not sure I have heard that such thing even exists. That’s why I would like to hear more about it.
What are the symptoms and how serious it really is?
If we are talking about sinus cancer- do we talk about bone cancer because sinuses for me are just holes in bone? I really doubt it could be that simple!

Although sinuses are nothing more then air pockets in the bones of the face -sinus cancers typically arise from the lining of the sinus, a tissue known as mucosa. Only small percent of all sinus cancers develop from bone. In most cases, early symptoms of sinus cancer are nosebleeds, tooth pain, and a persistently stuffy nose. Like with all cancers prognosis is unknown because it depends form the time of detection, localization and possible spreading.
