Hello. I'm 35 year old female and I was wondering could anyone help me with my problem. About four weeks ago I have suffered from terrible cold and I had to use several antibiotics to cure this.
Anyway, after a week all my symptoms were gone accept one- I have developed some chronic sinus problem and I don’t know what to do about it. My sinuses are filed all the time and constant blowing up is causing my headaches. At night, I must breathe on my mouth and I get up in the morning with dry mouth- terrible. I tried using inhalation technique with some teas, but with no success. So, I was wondering is there any good solution on market for my problem.

Reading your post I have recognized almost all the symptoms I had few years back. Then a friend of mine recommended me some sinuscleanse product made just for this. I have used it for a few weeks and I have never had these problems in my life. In the package you get the plastic pot and the saline fluid. It is very easy to use although it may sound complex. First you must prepare the saline solution and fill pot. Then tilt your head to the side as shown and insert spout of nasal cleansing pot gently into the raised nostril creating a seal between Pot and nostril. Now comes the worst part- you must raise the nasal cleansing pot slowly to develop a steady flow of saline solution through the upper nostril and out the lower nostril. It will be difficult in the beginning but soon you will develop your own technique and solve your sinus problem for good.
