sjögren's causing dryness of nasal cavities?

I am diagnosed with sjögren's syndrome last month. Before that I had various symptoms. I had swollen joints with pain and stiffness. Also my eyes were very dry it felt like I have sand in them. At first doctor thought that I am suffering from RA but then he has realize that it is sjögren's disease. Now I have dryness of nasal cavities. Can it be caused by sjögren's disease? What to do?
