skin colored bumps on my body and penis

i have skin colored bumps on my index finger and jus that one finger.... and on my chest and on my arms close to my armpit and they are not just one but they are many of them, maybe 5 or 10 in a bunch but they are very tiny and you can harldy see them unless you look real close and i have a ring of mole like bumps around my penis shaft.. maybe about 1 or 2 inches away from my penis head but they are not bumps or pimple's they just look like little moles and then i have little bumps under my penis head and have no idea what it is i have never had sex so im stumped on wondering what it is i appreciate an advice on what u think it is Cool
