hi im 13 years old and i have noticed these tiny dots on my penis. they are not red or itchy in any way, they dont seem to be causing any harm, but they have been there for a while and want to know what they are. they are mostly on the head, and right below that (i dont no the technical term but the skin you pull back). again they are just like little dots of raised skin. i dont know what they might be from. they dont have white heads, and there not red. when i masturbate i do not use any lotion or other kind of lubricent. dont ask me why because i dont realy know...
i have never had sex, or kissed a girl for that matter, but i do masturbate. usualy once a day, sometimes up to twice.
im hoping for some good news, but i know there might be bad news as well.
pleese help me  i dont want to go to the doctor, or tell my parents. |

They could be a harmless skin condition called Lichen Nitidus
If you have (or develop in the future) similar bumps on your arms (opposite your elbows where the arm folds) and/or on your stomach or lower chest, then it probably is Lichen Nitidus
I have the same condition, and apparently it's supposed to go away on its own after a while
But the best thing to do would be to go see a doctor |
