Oh those wrinkles. The worst enemy of every woman. I am 36 years old and I know that it is right time to start taking good care about the skin. I had never taken some special measures to prevent aging of my skin, and I do not know how to do it. Can you give me any tips?

Well some general things you should know is to avoid direct sun exposure, to stop smoking if you smoke, to drink more water so your skin can be moister enough. Adequate rest and nutrition is also important. Protect yourself from the stress. Wash up your face twice a day. Touch your face less and wash your hands more. Don't poke, squeeze or scratch your skin. Keep your makeup clean.
