skin under the foreskin ripping off

Last weak while playing around with my girl friend the top thin membrane under my foreskin right before the head got ripped. I didn’t worry too much, thought it was an accident, put some Neosporin and it healed. Then again last night when we had sex (with condom on for precaution) about 70 percent of the skin under the foreskin got ripped. The remaining patches of membrane are of slight white coloration. Can anyone tell me what it is, and any possible treatment?

ive just had the same problem, can someone please help. ive read on a website that it will just heal and such but are there any other problems??
