Hi, I always disliked my appearance, my legs are short, I have ugly face, my hair is too dry...
I am never satisfied with how do I look like. I do sports regularly and binge and purge. Why is it compulsive? Is there any way to stop eating when you feel something bad about yourself and believe that you ‘re the worst in the world.

A binge (compulsive eating) is usually done in secrecy and very difficult to interrupt. Food can be consumed so rapidly without feeling it’s taste or enjoying it. An average bulimic binge has about 1500 to 3000 calories, although even 60,000 calories binges have been reported. Food is eaten until there is any left, and results severe abdominal and emotional pain or discomfort. A purge can be self-induced or by laxatives. Long time use of laxatives can lead to potassium depletion and dehydration and the bowel can become unresponsive. Some prefer fiber \based laxatives. Self -induced vomiting can burst blood vessels in the eyes, dental erosion, esophageal tears or potassium depletion.
