sleep hypnosis

I have a sleeping problem for almost a year. I am 34 years old and my problems with insomnia started about the same time when I got promoted at job. Bigger payment and much bigger responsibility made me nervous and jumpy. Then insomnia came. I tried some pills but they only made me numb. I heard for sleep hypnosis techniques; that it might be the only way for me to get some rest. Did anyone try this sleep hypnosis? Does it really work?

To be honest, your problem is something that, unfortunately, occurs very often these days and it's almost always related with work stress. But, help exists, and, yes, it is called sleep hypnosis. You can easily buy many CD's with recordings that will surely solve your problem. Just listen to a voice that leads you toward relaxation and, eventually, sleep. You can choose from many authors and pick one that suits you best. Sleep tight!
