hi im a 16 male and i recently went for a poo earlier today i did strain alot and wiped and no redness, later in the day i felt i needed more so i tryed to go but just ended up straining i wiped and i noticed a slight redness on the paper not alot, and there is nothing visible wrong with my anus iam a tad sore but thats usually normal for me, should i be worried? please help
