slight feeling in lower abdominal

Hello
I'm 35 well trained and quite a regular to the gym it's been some time since I last felt this feeling in my lower left abdominal .
It's not pain i feel just something which comes and go's very strange .
any thoughts would be appreciatd.

im 23 first pregnancy, and im feeling very slight lower abdominal pains that come and go and are not continuous at all, and not painful at all but make me feel like im gonna get my period, anyone knows what im talking about? would appreciate some help. thanks
