Im a 22 y/o Male.

this morning I've woken up with a slight numbess down one side of my left hand. Its not completely numb so that I can't work my hand properly and still has some feeling in it. I do alot of keyboard work as I work full time in an office. Is this a common problem and is it something that I should be concerned about?
