small blackhead on side of my nose

I have small blackhead on left side of my nose. I’ve noticed it almost a month ago. It is still there and has not been changing in its appearance. I’m 20 and have never had problems with acne and pimples, I’ve always had very clear face. In fact, I’m worried because that small blackhead persists. I haven’t treated it, what do you suggest me to use?

Facial gels that contain salicylic acid are usually from help with pimples. SA cleans pores and has exfoliating effect.
It is not unusual that blackheads persist that long. You can also try with creams with salicylic acid, they used to
help me. Blackheads are not caused by bacteria, so antibiotic creams can’t fight them.
