small cuts on labia minora and around clitoris

Hi,
I keep getting what look like small cuts (1/8" to 1/2" long) between my labia minora and majora and around my clitoris. They really sting, and I don't know where they are coming from! Sometimes they bleed a little bit, but just enough to say they are bleeding. What are these and where are they coming from??

it sounds like herpes simplex 2 to me. get a blood test.
