About 4 days ago I noticed a small sore on the opening of penis. I have had a 1g shot of Rocephin. This didn't seem to work. The reason I say this is because I am also using some bactroban cream. If I don't use this cream the sore becomes painful when im urinating an the sore is heeling with this cream.. could this be a major bacteria infection if the cream is heeling it?
