small swelling on the circumcised foreskin; please advise

hi,
i had undergone circumcision in year 99, since then i never had any problems.
penile erection has been proper without any problems.
but suddenly today morning i had small swelling on the circumcised foreskin which is stiched under the penis.
there is no pain on the swelling area.
also i have slight pain on the area upper thigh joint which i guess is due to over cycling in the gym.
please advise ...

I have been circumsised since i was born and I have never had any problems. But recently the skin below the base of my penis head has becom swollen,. There's no pain or anything, but I'm not sure if this will go away on it's own or not. Please Help
