I have had a abdominal hysterectomy 3yrs ago. I have had some problems with vaginal dryness and a horable fishy smell during and after sex. Can somebody please help me?

Look up information on BV--bacterial vaginosis and Trichomoniasis. Discharge and smell can mean different things for different women, but if there is an unpleasant smell, something is usually off. Both of these can be treated VERY easily. BV may or may not be sexually transmitted and Trich is usually sexually transmitted. With Trich (and sometimes BV) it is a good idea to treat your sexual partner, if you have only one, or you can get re-infected. If you have multiple partners, use condoms or you are at risk for MANY infections and diseases. Go to a local clinic or your doc and get it taken care of!!
