smelly vaginal discharge, stomach cramps, feeling lothargic

i have all these symptoms
i am exhausted and yet i slept for 10 hours
i have had huge stomach cramps for about a week
and for the past few years or so ive had on off smelly vaginal discharge, which smells a bit fishy
i am going to a doctor tommorrow, but i want to be prepared: my mum thinks i may have a kidney infection
i recently changed my diet to more healthier things, and after being with my boyfriend i am left feeling very sore everywhere [dry sex, not penetrative]
can somebody help me?

Sounds familiar, but hope (for your sake) it's not what I was diagnosed with. I had all your symptoms and bloating of my abdominal/stomach area. I also experienced sharp pain in my lower back and my waist felt stiff. There were occasions when even my eyes would be swollen; and sometimes my cheeks swelled, so that my face appeared round. I was diagnosed with SLE (Lupus) and the recurring vaginal infections and abdominal pain and, yes, kidney infections were all symptoms of my newly diagnosed auto-immune disease. After a few hours in the sun, I would feel lethargic and, even after 16 hours in bed, I would struggle to get up and function up-to-speed. Apparently, people with Lupus cannot tolerate sun exposure or ultra-violet light (including some flourescent lights). Exposure to these will not only zap your energy for days, but it does something to your immune system, where you will most likely develop some type of infection or inflammation (swelling). See a Rheumatologist if the symptoms you describe continue to reoccur.
