i just turned 16 and my birthday sucked cuz i had GCSEs and that i guess put alot of pressure on me i was anxious as a dog watching a swingin bone
its been a few days since then n the problem (difficulty having erections though viewing ) which ive had for the past couple of weeks hasnt gone away. ive heard that it may also be due to smoking but ive been smoking since i was 15 and it didnt seem to do much. and it may be anxiety but the exams are over and i aint seein any improvements. i feel like a loser, something that was so easy is now reel difficult. please help me (i wouldnt dare go to a doctor about this)
stop smoking asap... It may turn you infertile man...... quit smokin at the earliest look to it that you aren't getting addicted to alcoholl too as you quit smoking cos drinkin causes more problems than this... and don question wat bout the millions who do it as they don have the guts to ask like you .. but you did... live healthy be a teatotaller be an atletic and sportive person... you wont get such problems... go for running an hour early morning you'l feel much strong than ever... am sure jus do it and you'l feel the change..
