soars vaginally and trouble loosing weight on steroids!

I have recently been diagnosed with Castlemans diseas and Paraneoplastic Pemphigus. Both very rare cases and its just too much to type. I have so many questions for anyone out there dealing with either of these diseases. I am having a problem being that I was skinney all my life and now I am on high dose steroids increasing my size daily. I need help. Any advice on how to loose weight while on steroids? Any sexual advice for any women out there dealing with pemphigus vaginally?
