Recently,I have gotten into soccer.I am pretty good at it,and I am thinking of joining a team, but I'm afraid when I get there I might not be good compared to them. Can you recomend a training excercise plan so I'm sure I'm phisically fit.I know soccer requires an enormous amount of running,it seems I get side pains easily and i dont know if this is everyone or just me.If it is just me,then is there any way I can avoid this?
