Yesterday I went to the Urgent Care Center and I had an STD test (does anyone know how long it takes to get results?) but the physician told me I had a vaginal bacterial infection and a yeast infection and prescribed medicine. So - i've taken 3 pills so far and i've noticed that other than everything being really "yucky" down there theres a cluster of flesh colored bumps - before visiting the urgent care center - there was one bump which i figured was caused by whatever was wrong with me or an ingrown hair but now theres a lot (i'd say about 10)

they don't look like any of the pictures of bumps i've seen online for warts or herpes. but i have a lot of stinging and discomfort in the genital region - not really the vagina, or the lips .. its all between the vagina and the anus - the bumps themselves do not hurt, there's no rash, the bumps aren't hard or red. there's no itching but touching that region is really painful, not burning - just stinging and pain - but just the skin around the bumps - not the bumps.

should i go back to the physician tomorrow or should i wait for my test results to come back?
has anyone had this problem? is this normal? is there anything i can do to just ease the pain?
